1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stripe Sendcloud app (the “App”) provided by Vinaka Apps. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

The App provides invoice-based synchronization between Stripe and Sendcloud, including:
  • automatic order creation from selected Stripe invoice events,
  • manual order creation from Stripe invoice detail view,
  • sync and shipment status visibility.

3. Eligibility and authority

You confirm that:
  • you are authorized to act for your organization,
  • your organization can legally use Stripe and Sendcloud for this workflow,
  • your configuration data is accurate.

4. Third-party platforms

The App depends on third-party services (including Stripe and Sendcloud). Their availability, API behavior, and terms can affect app behavior. Your use of those services is governed by their own agreements.

5. Billing and subscription

Production usage may require an active subscription. If subscription status is inactive, some sync functionality may be blocked until billing is restored.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:
  • misuse the App,
  • attempt unauthorized access,
  • interfere with service integrity,
  • use the App in violation of applicable law.

7. Data and privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. You remain responsible for ensuring lawful data processing in your own business context.

8. Availability and support

The App is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support: support@vinaka-apps.com

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinaka Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data). Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, security risk, or legal requirements.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law (the Netherlands), with disputes resolved by the rechtbank van Amsterdam, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published.
