1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Vinaka Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes data when you use the Stripe Sendcloud app (the “App”). Contact: support@vinaka-apps.com

2. Scope

This policy applies to data processed through:
  • the Stripe app UI,
  • backend API endpoints used by the app,
  • Stripe and Sendcloud webhook processing.

3. Data categories we process

Tenant configuration data

  • Stripe account ID,
  • selected webhook trigger events,
  • sandbox/live indicator,
  • webhook endpoint metadata,
  • billing linkage fields (customer/subscription status references).

Sync operation data

  • Stripe event ID,
  • Stripe invoice ID,
  • Stripe customer ID,
  • Sendcloud order reference,
  • sync trigger (automatic or manual),
  • sync status and technical error code,
  • timestamps.

Sendcloud update data

  • Sendcloud order reference,
  • external order reference,
  • parcel/shipment reference,
  • tracking number and tracking URL,
  • update status and timestamp.

Credentials and secrets

  • Sendcloud API credentials are stored in Stripe Secret Store.
  • Stripe webhook signing data used for verification is stored in Stripe Secret Store (account scope).

4. Data usage purposes

We process data to:
  • configure and run invoice-to-Sendcloud sync,
  • prevent duplicate order creation,
  • expose sync and shipment status in Stripe,
  • enforce billing/subscription rules,
  • secure and monitor the service.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with required service providers, including:
  • Stripe,
  • Sendcloud,
  • hosting/database infrastructure providers.
We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep operational records only as long as needed for service operation, reliability, support, and legal/accounting obligations. Deletion requests can be sent to support@vinaka-apps.com.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system can guarantee absolute security.
